The 2025 Northern Tier Pharmacy Continuing Education Program invites pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to submit an abstract for the Poster Session. The Poster Session focuses on initiatives pharmacists and pharmacy technicians have implemented to advance pharmacy practice and improve patient care at their service units. This is a great opportunity to showcase how you and your pharmacy team implemented practice programs, policy changes, education, guidance, or recommendations resulting in health advancements for your patient population. Presenters will be responsible for the cost of printing posters.
